小型醫(yī)藥冷凍干燥機(jī)日常維護(hù)和保養(yǎng):

 Check Before Running: 每次開機(jī)前要例行檢查

ü The state of various valves (absorbing, exhausting valves for compressors, service valves, capped valves and etc.)

所有截止閥（壓縮機(jī)吸、排氣閥、供液閥、手閥等）處于開啟狀態(tài)；

ü Pressure meter: 0.6～0.7Mpa

壓力表正常讀數(shù)：0.6～0.7Mpa

ü Level of compressor oil: 1/4～3/4

壓縮機(jī)正常油位：1/4～3/4；

 After Power Supply, Please Notice: 送電后應(yīng)注意

ü Whether compressor collects the refrigerant

壓縮機(jī)是否自動(dòng)收液；

ü Whether difference-oil pressure resets

               油壓差是否復(fù)位等；

 After Running, Please Notice: 開機(jī)后注意

ü Whether the sound of compressor is normal, if not, please check power supply

壓縮機(jī)運(yùn)行聲音是否正常，如果異常請先檢查供電的三相電是否平衡；

ü Whether the refrigerating piping vibrates normally, if yes, please fix the loosen parts

制冷管路是否有異常振動(dòng)，如果有則采用相應(yīng)的固定措施；

ü Whether the flux of refrigerant is normal by observing the sight glass, if having bubble in sight glass, please check the content of refrigerant and thermostatic valves

視液鏡流量是否正常，若有氣泡，則說明制冷劑缺少或膨脹閥流量太大；

ü The state of frosting on the thermostatic valves

膨脹閥結(jié)霜情況；

ü The state of frosting on the compressor

壓縮機(jī)回霜情況；

ü Compressor oil return, generally, 1/3～3/4

               冷凍油的回油情況；（一般保持在油視鏡的1/3～3/4）

 Compressor Start-up: 壓縮機(jī)啟動(dòng)

ü Start frequently as little as possible, internal more than 3min

不能頻繁啟動(dòng)，間隔的時(shí)間應(yīng)大于3min；
