1. According to the system flow chart to verify that all discharging ports are properly connected to safety area.

請(qǐng)根據(jù)系統(tǒng)流程圖和平面布置圖驗(yàn)證所有的排出口已正確連接，并排放到安全區(qū)域。

2.  Utility requirements: make sure that the quality of cooling water conforms to the standard and the compressed air has no moisture.

對(duì)公用工程的要求，確保冷卻水的水質(zhì)符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求，確保壓縮空氣的質(zhì)量，保證無(wú)水份；

3. Please take care to avoid touching the pipelines which temperature may be very high to prevent from being scalded.

有些管道（壓縮機(jī)排氣管）溫度會(huì)很高，謹(jǐn)防與皮膚接觸，不要被燙傷。

4. Please take care to avoid touching the chamber inside/outside surface due to the high or low temperature to prevent from being scalded

箱體內(nèi)外部的表面溫度可能會(huì)很高或很低，謹(jǐn)防與皮膚接觸。

5. When carrying out the maintenance of the refrigeration system, if it is needed to discharge the refrigerant, please take care not to contact with skins to avoid being frostbiting

當(dāng)對(duì)制冷系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行檢修時(shí)，釋放制冷劑，由于制冷劑溫度很低，謹(jǐn)防與皮膚接觸，不要被凍傷。

6. Carry out the maintenance and operation inside the chamber/condenser, please follow the relevant provisions concerning small spaces. There may be lack of oxygen inside of the chamber/condenser

進(jìn)入或在干燥箱、冷阱上進(jìn)行維護(hù)操作時(shí)，請(qǐng)遵照關(guān)于狹小空間的相關(guān)規(guī)定。在箱體或冷阱內(nèi)部可能會(huì)出現(xiàn)缺氧。

7. Be aware of trapping your hands! Hands shall be kept away when the shelves are moving.

 注意夾手，當(dāng)板層運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí)，雙手請(qǐng)脫離板層組件。

8. Please keep your hands away when opening or closing the door or pizza door to avoid damage.

箱門(mén)或裝料門(mén)可能會(huì)夾手，當(dāng)開(kāi)關(guān)箱門(mén)或裝料門(mén)時(shí)，雙手請(qǐng)遠(yuǎn)離運(yùn)動(dòng)區(qū)域。

9. When the lyophilization process is over, if it is needed to fill in the nitrogen gas, please ensure the chamber pressure is lower than ambient pressure. If the chamber inner pressure is positive and the chamber is without safety protection, it may cause damage. 

在凍干過(guò)程結(jié)束后，如果需要對(duì)箱體進(jìn)行氮?dú)獗Ｗo(hù)或放氣用氮?dú)鈺r(shí)，請(qǐng)確保箱體內(nèi)部壓力不能有正壓，箱體內(nèi)部產(chǎn)生正壓是非常危險(xiǎn)的，由于此時(shí)沒(méi)有進(jìn)行安全保護(hù)，容易發(fā)生傷害事故，請(qǐng)不要誤操作。

10. When carrying out the leakage detection on refrigeration system, if it is needed, mix the refrigerant with nitrogen. prohibit the refrigerant blending with the compressed air to avoid flammable gas.

當(dāng)對(duì)制冷系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行泄漏檢測(cè)時(shí)，與氮?dú)饣旌鲜褂谩＝古c壓縮空氣混合使用，以防產(chǎn)生可燃性氣體。

11. Forbid using flammability liquid or gas inside or around the machine  because there is no explosion prevention design on the lyophilizer.

設(shè)備內(nèi)部或周?chē)故褂每扇夹砸后w或氣體。本設(shè)備未進(jìn)行防爆設(shè)計(jì)。
